Events Partnership Coordinator

Nine66 is seeking a dynamic and proactive Events Partnership Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our organization by driving the success of our events through strategic partnerships. Your primary objective is to ensure smooth coordination as an account holder for our partners, ensuring seamless operations and fostering strong business relationships. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in igniting enthusiasm within the gaming industry and significantly improving brand visibility.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage partnership accounts within the Events team, including establishing and nurturing relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Partnership and Business Development departments to identify sponsorship opportunities and align them with the organization's event objectives.
- Coordinate and negotiate contract details, ensuring that all parties involved are clear on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Prepare reports and analytics on sponsorship performance, highlighting key metrics and insights to measure the success of sponsorship initiatives.
- Identify and manage potential risks associated with sponsorships, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during the planning and execution of events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative ideas for maximizing sponsorship value and enhancing event experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and event operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of sponsorship deliverables.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from sponsors to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in future events.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of experience in sponsorship coordination or a related field, preferably within the gaming, entertainment or events industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and contract management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple agreements simultaneously.
- Proven analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to gather and analyze data to measure sponsorship performance and impact.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously with knowledge of the gaming industry.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address potential risks or challenges in sponsorship activation and event execution.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, event management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to track sponsorship activities, generate reports and create presentations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as needed to meet changing business and event requirements.
- Passion for events and a genuine interest in the gaming industry, coupled with a proactive and creative approach to driving successful sponsorship activations.
- Fluent in English.
