Representatives Care Call Agents

A **Representatives Care Agent (RC Agent)** is responsible for smoothly resolving issues related to the Call Center Representative. The** RC Agent** deals with the Representative's issues related to current requests or matters that arise after completing or canceling the orders.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Smoothly and efficiently resolving all live order tickets and/or order issues.
- Timely handling and effectively resolving all completed & canceled orders issues.
- Answering all inquiries that arise form the Call Center Representatives.
- Managing the inbound calls as well as following up Representatives' calls where necessary.
- Communicating high-impact cases to the Team Leader.
- Managing and resolving Representative complaints.
- Identifying all high impact issues and escalating those issues to supervisors.
- Achieving Customers’ satisfaction as well as assigned KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English and Arabic both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated work experience of at least 6 months in a call center environment.
- Good knowledge of customer service practices and principles (customer-centric approach).
- Computer literate, with excellent data entry and typing skills.
**Behavioral competencies**:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Adaptability.
- Ability to multi-task, with good prioritization skills.
- Good team player as well as independently.
