**التوصيف الوظيفي**:
Role Purpose
A payroll Officer is able to run payroll Oracle software with accuracy and efficiency. Extract financial reports of governmental expenses as well excelling with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information.
Key Activities
Edits new employee’s activated account by inputting salary and bank details on Oracle.
Generating new cost centres, adjusting structures and chain of line management on the system.
Run payroll activities by transferring salaries, excursing deductions and adjusting salaries allowances based on flynas SOP.
Extracts receipts from bank on a monthly basis that provides the deposit details of the wages approved from the bank with electronic signature
- upload the annual wage file after entering and changing contributor wages
- Extracting establishment bills monthly with the coordination of finance and HRCS
Issuing clearance forms with coordination of all concerned flynas departments
Ensure Payroll Section complies with flynas policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain flynas high standard of work and work ethic.
Generates a monthly report by all active employees on the system.
Generating a full employee status report monthly and sends it to concerned sections in HR to finalize employee settlement and experience letter.
Keep track of all approved and implemented PSN’s on the system.
Keeps track and record of all final settlement’s and clearances copy
- Perform any other assignment from the line Manager or his designee.
Assist team members in performing their duties

- 0-3 experience in the same field.
- Knowledge in f accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
