**About the role**:
HR & Compliance manager is responsible for key activities in Zahi company such as monitoring, processing payroll, ensuring high quality of people services, HR operations and employee relation. He/she will be responsible for providing accurate and timely HR administration quality reports and support to company members.
This job is payroll and compliance intensive, and the person selected will oversee no less than 5000 staff on hourly pay models.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build strategies and objectives to ensure timely compliance and implementation of company policies and systems across Mrsool.
- Track, monitor, and report progress in all aspects related to people personnel and employee relation matters such as FTEs, Employee costs, attendances, personal matters, corrective actions, notable staff records, grievances, complaints, and so on.
- Oversee the implementation of employee experience programs from start to finish starting with proper On-boarding, Off boarding, employee relation's clusters, ensuring people, structures, processes, and systems are aligned to deliver key objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Responsible for maintaining immaculate information's and paperwork about all members of Mrsool backed up online and offline in HQ.
- Responsible to ensure compliance to localized laws and requirements such as contracts, visa, Iqama status, tax information, social security, and other related information and documents, implementing effective tracking tools for timely visa renewal process as well as developing related data base and periodical and annual reports
- Accountable for quality and compliance reports.
- Keep abreast of any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws/rules/ regulations, changes in forms and other procedures. Keep the HR management advised of such changes and highlight any potential risk or financial concern
- Lead the oversee and process travel-related operations and ensure an ontime delivery of employee's travel needs including flight reservation, hotel booking, car rental and further travel arrangements required Saudi country specific: Manage and tackle all government
- HR related eservice portals; including but not limited to, MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWAMUDAD and the ministry of Human Resources.
- Saudi country specific: Implement HR Government Affairs' policy and procedure, keeping abreast of all evolving governmental directions that equire modification within the labor law and Jawazat framework
- Manage and oversee office services functions including office equipment.
- Ensure the correct processing of all payroll requests and incidences
- Support all employee's requests and questions regarding Human Resources matters.
- Responsible for maintaining updated data for all branches
- Overlook and review the payroll for all branches
- Maintain strong relations between all branches
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline
- At least 5 years of local and international experience on the same filed
- Process Management Certification preferred
- Saudi country specific: Well-versed in onboarding foreign labor and handling all relevant requirements Block visas, work visas, business visa, family affairs, iqama, GOSI, benefits, and Saudi Government related portals.)

- Mastery of Microsoft Skills especially spreadsheets.
- Advanced skills in building pivot dashboards.
