Gas services operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Instrument Control Engineering team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

**Partner with the Best**

As an Account Manager, Gas Services, you'll take ownership of sales orders for new and existing customers. You'll utilize your market and customers knowledge to build trusted relationships and expand our services within your territory. You'll be a customer ambassador to contribute innovative insights, new and existing sales opportunity.

As an Account Manager, Gas Services, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a sales strategy and building a pipeline of opportunities, increasing order volumes and profitability for customers
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and the environment where they will be used.
- Involving in sales processes that involves customized technical solutions, long-term contract conditions and management of internal stakeholders
- Building long-term strategic relationships with customers to originate sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support proposals, identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth
- Developing customer intelligence and an understanding of their requirements to tailor a range of potential solutions

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum of 4 additional years of experience in oil & gas.
- Have fluency in Arabic and English.
- Have a results-oriented mindset, with experience of successfully originating sales, working to targets and growing business.
- Demonstrate your passion for building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders from all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment.
- Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
- Be a natural, proactive communicator with good negotiation skills.
- Have a desire to learn new products and technologies.
- Demonstrate your proactive approach to work and flexibility to adapt to ever-changing conditions and new challenges.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Have experience working in a similar multi-national Engineering/Manufacturing environment, e.g. Energy, Industrial.
