**What We’re Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**:

- Create and execute effective sales plans to meet or exceed targets for outdoor marketing and event services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their event and marketing objectives.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients through networking, industry events, and other lead generation activities.
- Qualify leads and converts them into viable sales opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of your company's outdoor event services and marketing solutions effectively.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze market data to adjust strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.
- **Contract Negotiation and Closing**:

- Close sales deals efficiently and professionally, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with the internal team to ensure the successful delivery and execution of events and marketing campaigns.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company to address any issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
- **Customer Feedback and Improvement**:

- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Implement changes based on feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- **Event and Marketing Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in outdoor sales, marketing, and event management.
- Utilize industry knowledge to offer innovative solutions and insights to clients.
