Partner with the best

In this role, you'll be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.

As a Customer Service Management Specialist - Drilling Services, you will be responsible for:

- Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area.
- Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer.
- Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area.
- Works together with people from the business unit.
- Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
- Handles simple project processes.
- There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
- A framework of conditions is set.
- Handles targeted clients.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)
- Hold 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant roles such as customer services, contract management, billing & collection, within the oil and gas industry.
- Work proficiency in English language, written and verbal.
- Be able to demonstrate good experience in administrative/support roles.
- Have established project management skills.
- Be able to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
