**As a Specialist - Customer Care, you will be responsible for**:

- Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
- Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
- Managing and handling wing to wing transactions.
- Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
- Working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
- Defining customer approach autonomously.
- Handling targeted clients.
- Leading a department of large personnel costs.
- Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence.

**Fuel your passion**

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
- Have minimum of 2 years experience in managing quotations and proposals.
- Have experience in using SAP.
- Have experience using MS Office.
- Have excellent communications skills both written and spoken.
