Sales Development Representative

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Qualify leads by engaging in conversations, understanding their needs, and assessing their fit for our products or services.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and incoming inquiries to nurture and qualify prospects.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and target market to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and prioritize outreach efforts for maximum impact and success.
- Research and build prospect lists using various sources and tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for qualified leads and meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
