We are now calling on all Sales Development Representative Heroes OTO is currently on the hunt for a seasoned Sales Development Representative to join our team Bring your A-game, expertise, and enthusiasm & join us in driving OTO's growth into the MENA Market Join us and let's conquer new horizons together

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct advanced research to identify key decision-makers and potential prospects within enterprise organizations;
- Independently build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting efforts;
- Tailor communication to resonate with the specific needs and challenges of each prospect;
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the pain points, challenges, and goals of potential clients;
- Independently qualify leads based on predefined criteria and collaborate seamlessly with the sales team;
- Utilize advanced technical skills to understand and effectively communicate OTO's products/services to potential clients;
- Translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions for enterprise clients;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system;
- Generate regular reports on outreach activities, lead conversion, and other relevant metrics.

**Requirements**:
For this role, it is essential that have
- 3-5 years of sales development experience, preferably in a B2B enterprise environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in research techniques
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

It will be considered a big plus if you:

- International experience
- Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups
