Purchasing Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the procurement process for all materials, supplies and equipment required for the production and distribution of high-end mattress products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that improve procurement activities, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Source, select, and negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers to ensure the best value for products and services.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure that delivery, quality and pricing requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain an accurate inventory management system to optimize purchasing and ensure cost reduction.
- Collaboratively work with the production and logistics teams to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate payment terms for suppliers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and procurement in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing processes, inventory management systems, and ERP systems.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and with international suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex business challenges.
- At least 30 years old
