Area Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Supervisor to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales, team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Obtains and maintains a thorough knowledge of trade sales and distribution channels throughout the region by conducting market visits.
- Advises on sales policies and procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of the sales activities.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Good market knowledge of the distribution
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales and collection forecasts
- Ensure close coordination with sales managers of other regions especially in projects having common customers
- Ensures proper credit collection and control

- Good commercial skills Education and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of Sales experience, in the FMCG industry and preferably in Perfumes and beauty industry of which at least 5 years.
- University graduate, preferably sales and marketing with a post-graduate management degree
Age:
Between 35-45 years

**Salary**: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
