**What will your main responsibilities be**
- Develop and implement effective online strategies to support sales and marketing objectives within assigned Modern Trade accounts.
- Manage and expand online relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, including DMC, Account managers and Modern trade customers.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned customer profiles, purchasing patterns, and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Analyze sellout data and online metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimize online campaigns.
- Develop and manage online content tailored to specific customer needs and preferences.
- Monitor and respond to online inquiries and feedback from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate and finalize online commercial agreements with customers.
**What you need to succeed**
**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or account management role, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
**Skills**
- Strong understanding of online marketing principles and digital platforms (e.g., e-commerce websites, social media).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
