**The Job in a Nutshell**

The People Success Lead is responsible for being the trusted advisor and point of contact for all colleagues in KSA. This role entails providing comprehensive People support, guidance, and expertise in accordance with labor laws.
As the primary liaison between colleagues and the wider People team, the People Success Lead delivers People services, guidance, policies, and advice, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible experience. Collaborate closely with the People Experience team, leveraging their local labor law knowledge and advice to support local engagement activities and events.
The People Success Lead also plays a critical role in implementing new best practices and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and conduct regular audits, streamline templates, facilitate colleague communication, and oversee document collection

**What Will You Do❓**
- Create and deliver people practices which develop and maintain positive working relationships between Foodics and its people in KSA.
- Refine and deliver people operational process such as onboarding, offboarding, and governmental process on a continuous basis
- Designing and delivering effective and efficient People operational solutions to fix major dissatisfactions and operational challenges
- Create and act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, advising on people policies and procedures, and build higher understanding around these internally
- Provide expert advice around complex people issues, policy development, compliance and legislation.
- Oversee the activities, budgets and resources of the people success teams including but not limited to payroll cycles runs, benefits submission, offboarding and end of service, disciplinary actions, employee issuances...etc
- Act as a custodian for Saudi branch culture, employee HR related practices to guarantee people satisfaction across their entire lifecycle in foodics
- Guarantee the efficiency of the function, making sure to provide employees with optimum experience when dealing with the division services and members

**What Are We Looking For❓**
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar HR operation role overseeing a HC with 200+ colleagues
- Must have deep knowledge of local laws and regulations concerning the labor market
- Expert in building core colleague service processes, templates and workflows
- Have a strong desire to help people and build a great place to work
- Can articulate information in easy to understand formats and narratives for multiple audiences
- Strong presentation, communication and listening skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls independently
