- Job Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outbound calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers on other offerings and upcoming promotions.
- You will work on the hardest problems across our customer base to ensure maximum resolutions at high satisfaction in minimum time by structurally solving bad experiences.
- Converting bad experiences to positive outcomes is the highest priority in this role.

**- **تقديم تقارير استبيان عن رضا العملاء**
**- **الرد بشكل فوري على استفسارات العملاء**
**- **اجراء المقابلات من خلال الهاتف**
**- **مساعدة العملاء في تخط المشكلات التي تواجههم وتقديم الإجابات الواقية و الكافية حول جميع استفساراتهم**
**- **تلقي و الغاء و استرجاع و التعديل على طلبات العملاء**
**- **التواصل مع العملاء عبر مختلف وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي**
**- **التعامل مع مشكلات العملاء عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بنا وابداء الاهتمام برضا العملاء**
**- **تحقيق و ضمان رضا العملاء**
**- **استخدام لغة بسيطة لشرح الأعطال و المشكلات وشرحها للعملاء بطريقة بسيطة**
**- **توفير جميع المعلومات التي يحتاجه العميل**
**- **تحديد أولوية المسائل و الشكاوى و المشاكل المراد التعامل معها**
