**Purpose**

Translating business insights, strategy and requirements into detailed and well-communicated business and software requirements, specifications and plans. Helping all teams deliver the best solutions on time and on budget with best practices. Ensuring there no blind spots or weak links in building the ultimate value propositions and technology to deliver it.

**Responsibilities**

The Lead Business and Technology Analyst is responsible of capturing, analyzing and translating business objectives intro clear and well structured technical and software specifications. Communicate requirements and specifications all other business units, overseeing implementation and delivery according the specifications, best practices and budget, while updating those requirements based on market and industry trends, innovations and shifting business needs. Contribute to the evolution of the company strategy, though-leadership and technology.
- Participate in all strategy, planning and review sessions to capture and document objectives and change requests.
- Research, source and select best partners and vendors to support business requirements and software specifications.
- Develop, document and communicate business requirements and software specifications with best practices and tools.
- Define detailed resources and skillsets needed to deliver requirements and specification and assist in recruiting.
- Work with finance and accounting leadership to set, review and approve budgets to best deliver on requirements.
- Monitor and report on the quality and utility of deliverables related to business requirements and software specifications.
- Maintain an always up-to-date and detailed versions of business and software requirements and specification.
- Ensure the availability of required, supporting and additional knowledge, resources and insights to all team members.
- Hold weekly insights collection and communication sessions, to validate and integrate new insights and requirements.
- Monitor relevant business / tech trends and innovations and provide monthly T&I Outlook sessions and reports.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, and an accredited qualification in management consultancy, or similar.
- Minimum +7 years experience as business and technology analyst.
- Advanced skills in data extraction, analysis and visualization.
- Extensive experience in technical business analysis and documentation in a related industries.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages and system integration solutions.
- Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
- Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.
- Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
- Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
- Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
- Previous experience working in startups and early stage development environments.
