The project:
This opportunity is to be involved in a Major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including Cultural and heritage assets, F&B, Retail and Hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.
Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people.
The document controller will be responsible for the tracking, management, and overall control of all PMC documentation including incoming and outgoing documentation.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Being knowledgeable with all process and procedures guides for the project and their implementation on the EDMS.
- Ensuring the team adheres to the project process and procedures and providing guidance when deviation occurs.
- Providing QA check all information coming into the system and processes accordingly.
- Following the distribution matrix for internal distribution of documents and correspondence.
- Monitoring control of project-wide data and records in the DMS database.
- Producing quantitative, status, and analysis reports.
- Supporting senior staff on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.
- Developing a training system on document protocols for document control contractor’s staff.
You’ll need to have:
- Experience using Office 365 Applications and Apple Devices.
- Advanced writing and proof-reading skills with attention to spelling and grammar.
- Advanced typing skills/ability.
You’ll also have:
- Experience in Information Management from one or more projects and programmes.
- Good written and oral communication, used to working with different stakeholders.
- Disciplined, methodical and organised.
- Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers, (or equivalent).
- Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, etc.
- ISO 19650 certification is desirable.
