**Job description**

The HR Executive (payroll) is to overview daily payroll operations in our company. Your primary responsibility will be to issue employee payments, considering deductions and withholdings. You’ll prepare payroll schedules and records, and you’ll contribute to various accounting tasks, such as updating payroll files. To succeed in this role, you must have strong mathematical skills and knowledge of national and regional laws on payroll and taxes.

**Responsibilities**:
This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company HR/Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
- Overall responsibility for updating data in time sheets, OT and updating final payroll.
- Time sheet updates with daily attendance, OT. Calculating net salaries, deduction if any.
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll. The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Monitor paid and unpaid leaves
- Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions
- Resolve payroll problems (e.g. overlooked bank holidays, late payments, etc.)
- Preparation of monthly time sheet and update in the system.
- Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
- Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance

**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience as Payroll Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Answer employee questions concerning time sheet, attendance & payroll.
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in construction.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related degree.
- Excellent knowledge of core accounting principle’s including HR labor laws.
- Familiar with managerial, administrative, and technical aspects of HR/ Accounting.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Gassim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
