Technical Sales Engineer

**Job Title**: Technical Sales Engineer
**Responsibilities**:
1.Pre-Sales Support: Understand customer needs deeply, provide professional technical support and consultation, and participate in solution design and optimization.
2.Technical Demonstrations: Conduct product and solution demonstrations for potential clients, addressing technical questions to build trust in our solutions.
3.Solution Documentation: Prepare high-quality technical proposals, bid documents, and other relevant materials based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
4.Sales Collaboration: Cooperate closely with the sales team to strategize and close deals, providing insights from a technical perspective.
5.Market Insights: Gather and analyze industry trends and competitor information to contribute to product development and sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor’ s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Possess over 5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or related technical roles.
3.Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear and effective documentation.
4.Proven experience in customer-facing roles, especially in a multicultural environment.
5.Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
6.Willingness to travel and relocate to Shanghai for initial training, with flexibility for future relocation to Dubai, Saudi Arabia as required.
**Preferred Skills**:
1.Experience in the solution industry of Big Data, AI and LLM.
2.Familiarity with markets in the Middle East.
3.The ability to work independently in diverse cultural environments and adapt to new markets.
**Location**:
1.Initial training and onboarding in Shanghai for 3-6 months.
2.The primary work location after training will be in locations such as Dubai, Saudi Arabia.
