**Position Overview**:
The Business Development Manager at Dezign District will play a vital role in expanding our client base and developing long-term partnerships. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with experience in sales strategy, relationship management, and market analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to enhance Dezign District’s market reach.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent Dezign District at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the design or furniture industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong network and knowledge of market trends in design and furniture solutions.
