We are partnering with our client, a reputable company operating in the Offshore Oil & Gas sector, to hire an ADNOC Appointed Person (Offshore Cranes). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of offshore cranes in accordance with ADNOC regulations and guidelines. You will oversee crane operations, conduct safety inspections, and provide technical guidance to the crane operators and other personnel involved in lifting operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with ADNOC regulations and guidelines for offshore crane operations
- Review and approve lift plans and work permits
- Conduct pre-lift meetings to discuss the lift plan and safety precautions
- Monitor and supervise crane operations to ensure safe and efficient lifting
- Perform regular inspections of cranes and lifting equipment
- Provide technical guidance and support to crane operators and other personnel involved in lifting operations
- Investigate incidents or near misses related to lifting operations and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of all lifting operations and inspections
- Participate in safety meetings and conduct training sessions on safe lifting practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an ADNOC Appointed Person (Offshore Cranes) in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC regulations and guidelines for offshore crane operations
- Proven experience in reviewing and approving lift plans and work permits
- Excellent understanding of crane operations and lifting equipment
- Ability to conduct inspections and provide technical guidance on lifting operations
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid ADNOC-approved Appointed Person certificate
- Valid offshore safety training certificates (BOSIET, HUET, etc.)
