ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected. Its intelligent products and solutions make power more competitive by improving the energy efficiency, productivity and reliability of almost any operation.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Handle Customer Post Sales Claims, Complaints NCRs and inquiries related to products.
- Communicate with different factories to post customer complaints, process the claims and resolve within the shortest possible period.
- Coordinate with Order management team and customers to resolve NCRs, Products Complaints and Warranty cases
- Ensure time response (within 48 hours) to customer queries and documentation for all cases.
- Report the progress and measure the performance on a monthly basis.
**Your background**:
- Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer or BA similar discipline
- with SAP and After sales Support Experience
- Customer Support Experience
- SAP/ERP Experience, MS Applications Knowledge
- Fluent both in Arabi & English is required.
