Enterprise Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Drive enterprise sales initiatives, focusing on acquiring and retaining large enterprise clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance sales opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales specialists and business development managers.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- **Market and Industry Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry developments and leverage this knowledge to improve sales strategies.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage customer data and sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a related role in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales management software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
