Senior Sales Director, Enterprise Sales

Overview:
Key responsibilities include running a team of Enterprise Sales professionals across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Senior Sales Director will increase sales excellence and growth, and inspire a winning company culture, in line with our values and the wider EMEA and global strategy.
What you'll do at UiPath:
- Operate in harmony with our values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast
- Own the regional Enterprise sales targets; forecast and manage sales pipeline for our Enterprise Automation solutions, to exceed revenue targets and company goals
- Lead a culture of sales excellence; steer consistent implementation and adoption of sales processes, pipeline management, measurement, KPI’s, and sales performance
- Coach the team to execute strategic account plans and conduct regular business review to ensure alignment
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing key strategic opportunities
- Identify new opportunities within our Enterprise accounts, engaging meaningfully with C level and Executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive multi-year account plan to meet or exceed customer goals and share of wallet
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove and report blockers, and contribute to a seamless and consistent global customer experience
- Develop network of exceptional relationships with key industry influencers, customers and partners thereby enhancing UiPath’s industry mindshare
- Maintain a high-level understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace
- Head-up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors, to track progress on priorities and targets
- Establish reference accounts
- Pioneer industry leading initiatives that influence the position of UiPath in the industry, solidifying our position as a market leader
- Ensure a psychologically safe environment for your team, based on the servant leadership principle
- Create a regional business account strategy, with global vision and local implementation
- Represent the voice of our existing clients and prospects alike and liaise with internal cross-functional teams to shape future of UiPath’s product development strategy
What you'll bring to the team:
- Extensive experience building, managing and coaching Enterprise sales teams in a high growth environment
- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Extensive experience working in a value driven sales environment
- Experience working with teams on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities; immersed, customer facing, and in a solution-oriented capacity
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- The skill to build, manage, and nurture relationships at senior executive level, both internally and externally
- Proven success in structuring and closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Direct field experience working with Enterprise accounts
- Experience of adopting rigorous sales methodologies ensuing accurate forecasting
- Fluent written and spoke Arabic and English
