and conferences sector.
- Develop effective strategies to attract new clients and enhance relationships with existing
clients.
**Presentation Preparation**:
- Prepare professional presentations, including content design and visual materials.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure client needs are met and innovative solutions are
provided.
**Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct precise market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Analyze competition and provide periodic reports on market performance.
**Bidding**:
- Review documents and requirements for various bids.
- Prepare and submit necessary offers for bids in compliance with required terms and
specifications.
- Monitor bid status and communicate with relevant parties for updates.
**Relationship Building**:
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and suppliers to build long-term relationships.
- Attend exhibitions and conferences to build a professional network.
**Reporting and Follow-up**:
- Prepare periodic reports on business development performance and present them to
management.
- Follow the implementation of business development strategies and provide recommendations
for improvement.
