Job Purpose:
In the role of
_“Talent Acquisition Partner_

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Talent Partnering:- Drives forecasting and demand planning discussions in partnership with HRBP’s- Builds a solid understanding of the local Talent market as well as the Unilever business.- Leads the business unit and guides Hiring Managers on the suitable resourcing solution for their needs.- Works with Talent Sourcers in an agile manner, fluidly and depending on the business need, guides and supports them when necessary- Accountable for all recruitment activities for managers & above roles, from posting to offer.-
- Fully utilizes the digital sourcing/recruitment tools.- Ensures that global Recruitment process and guidelines are applied in the business unit by taking into consideration local requirements (i.e. driven by Labor Law).- Continuously engages with stakeholders (Hiring Managers, new joiners, HR Business Partners, HR Director) for feedback and improvements in execution of Talent Acquisition agenda.- Advocate for Equality, Inclusion & Diversity and delivers the local Diversity hiring targets for the market

Employer Branding - Youth Strategy:
- Define & execute our local Employer Brand strategy focused on key talent target groups - Youth Talent - with the goal to strengthen our Employer Brand and drive talent attraction and onboarding.- Coordinate all Employer Branding activities for KSA such as preparing for and organizing of all recruitment events; virtual, inhouse and external in close collaboration with Universities and other involved colleagues.- Work closely with our Comms / agency, local Employer Branding squad (team) & global EB team, to drive and create (social media) campaigns, connect with external talent partners and further build our employer brand to be 1st choice of employer.- Manage & lead our external agency in content creation and execution on all online channels- Advocates, engage and inspire external talent about Unilever as an ideal employer of choice- Collaborating with external preferred partners including ED&I associations, Universities, targeted Institutions

Qualifications & Preferences:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Relevant experience in HR within a matrix organization, with high volume recruitment.- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.- Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively.- Sound knowledge of talent market is preferable.- Strong analytical skills- Genuine interest in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy- Has a passion for Talent Acquisition and Employer branding.- Has “customer care mindset”- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and interfaces, strong partnering and communication skills.- Strong organization skills as well as attention to detail and diligence- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and interfaces, strong partnering and communication skills.
