- Manage the full recruitment cycle for operational levels for the distribution entity.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Identify recruiting best practices and continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in improving Employer Branding activities with key contacts at local universities.
- Maintain and update a job descriptions database.
- Develop visually compelling dashboards for the recruiting team on key metrics.
- Responsible for all reports, metrics, and dashboards of the department.
- Ensure high integrity and accuracy of recruiting data through documentation
- Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
- Assist in one or more processes.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Education**Academic Background**
- Bachelor degree preferably in HR Management or any related field

**Desirable requirements**
- Experience in recruitment module of SuccessFactors’ or any other ERP system.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Daily routine management skills.
- High standards of accuracy & precision.
- Result oriented, highly driven & self-motivated.
- Strong Leadership, follow-up, and conflict management skills.
- Managing people.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Talent Acquisition area
- Experience in FMCG and manufacturing industries
- Experience in managing Saudization projects/initiatives
- Experience in developing and executing manpower planning
