This is an exciting opportunity for a **Payroll & Systems Manager** with a strong focus on **payroll** and **systems**.
**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Management**
- Process and manage all aspects of payroll for Tahaluf, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and allowances
- Maintain payroll records, including new hire, termination, and employee status changes, to ensure accurate and up-to-date payroll data
- Be the first point of contact and assisting employees with payroll-related queries, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, Saudi labour laws, and reporting requirements
- Oversee the timely and accurate submission of government-related payments and filings, including GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)
- Stay up to date with changes in local payroll regulations and government requirements to ensure full compliance.
- Manage the preparation and filing of necessary government reports, responding to government audits and queries when needed.
**HR Systems & Admin**
- Input data in SAP HR and other databases to assist in record maintenance
- Assist with the offboarding process, including calculating the final settlements and terminating the necessary records
- Assist in preparing documents for employee benefits such as health insurance and end-of-service gratuity
- Manage the administration of employee leave, including annual, sick, and other leaves such as maternity and paternity
- Administer and maintain HR software and payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system updates.
- Ensure integration between HR systems (HRIS) and payroll systems for seamless processing of employee data and payroll activities.
- Oversee system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and work with IT or third-party vendors to ensure system efficiency and compliance.
- Train payroll and HR teams on the use of HR software and ensure correct data entry, especially in relation to payroll and compensation.
- Support the HR team with any ad hoc projects/tasks as required
**Reporting**
- Compiling and tracking information for reporting purposes such as annual flight allowances, salary advances, visa reports, etc.
- Assist in generating HR reports for internal and external purposes
- Run ad hoc reports for key stakeholders across the business as needed
**Qualifications** Required Experience & Skills**:
- Experience within a HR administration role and environment
- Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English to both individuals and groups
- Understanding of local labor laws and regulations, including tax obligations and end-of-service gratuity calculations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong team-player
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
