**About the role**

This is a client-facing role where you will interact with a client’s business and technical resources in order to effectively oversee and project manage the delivery of Trade Finance products and solutions. Excellent client relationship and project management skills are essential..

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Core Trade Product Implementations for JPMorgan Clients in the NA and LATAM Region.
- Conduct scoping/Introductory meetings with the client to ensure product and requirements are understood and satisfied in accordance with the client's business and needs, as well as, the firm's capabilities.
- Coordinate with J.P. Morgan internal and global partners - Trade Sales, Product Partners, Credit, Trade Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Technology, ensuring all implementation tasks and activities are completed on schedule.
- Develop deal execution approach and manage all aspects of client on-boarding, documentation and technical implementation for core trade products.
- Prepare and publish Implementation status reports and presentations on regular intervals.
- Serve as an effective point of escalation on behalf of client; become the client's trusted advisor
- Prepare Product Handover information and conduct warm handoff to Client Service when project is completed
- Contribute to initiatives on system and process enhancement and change management projects in collaboration with regional and global team members.
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders in regional/global Implementations teams to ensure coordinated approach to regional and global programs.
- Provide innovative solutions to meet client needs and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all JPMorgan Chase department policy and procedures
- Identify and communicate process gaps and improvements opportunities; express willingness to own improvement initiatives; recognized by partners as a process expert with ability to drive improvements
- Willing to travel 25% of the time.

**Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Min. 10 years of experience in the client implementation, middle or back-office functions related to Trade Finance; or equivalent experience in project management & system implementation activities.
- Experience in Transaction Banking or Trade Finance product will be added advantage.
- Strong desire to learn all aspects of traditional trade and structured finance products.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate and interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently to deliver in a timely and accurate manner, strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work across multiple business lines, various levels of management and establish working relationships
- Ability to think flexibly & strategically and learn rapidly, balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong work ethic and “can do” attitude.
- Technological orientation with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with exposure to digital channels and electronic Banking platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
- Valid passport to travel internationally
