As a Service Desk Analyst you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT support services to clients in Saudi Arabia. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**1. L1 Service Desk Support**:

- Address and resolve user issues in a timely and customer-friendly manner.
- Document all service desk interactions and resolutions accurately.

**2. IT Infrastructure Monitoring**:

- Monitor the client's IT infrastructure and services.
- Take proactive response actions for alerts based on standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the stability and performance of IT systems.

**3. Major Incident Management**:

- Join major incident management calls.
- Provide necessary support from the service desk perspective during critical incidents.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure timely incident resolution.

**4. Operational Reporting**:

- Create operational reports detailing service desk performance and key metrics.
- Share reports with stakeholders and contribute insights for continuous improvement.

**5. Continual Improvement**:

- Actively participate in continual improvement activities.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing service desk processes and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to implement improvements and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures in responding to alerts.
- Experience in participating in major incident management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and present operational reports.
