We are looking for an exceptional person to provide outstanding service to our guests and we put our people at the heart of everything we do - join us as a General Manager at our Holiday Inn Riyadh Business District One of our new openings this hotel has 2 R&B facilities and a Lobby bar coupled with a ballroom and meeting rooms and 138 rooms.

Close to the airport this hotel has definitely got the potential to grow.

As the General Manager, you will work with the owner and the corporate teams as a partner and manage day-to-day operations of this hotel, By leading, empowering and building on the strengths of the small management team to ensure all functions are operating effectively so guests are offered a first class product and a reliable, consistent experience. You will establish clear performance goals for employees, provide regular feedback and facilitate the development of high-potential individuals to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will also balance short-term actions and decision with the longer-term impact on the business to drive revenue, future profitability and deliver maximum return on investment for your owner’s equity.

Meanwhile, you’ll be keeping track of figures and looking for ways to increase revenue. That means analysing financials, forecasting budgets and leading capital plans. You’ll also look at the hotel’s carbon footprint and take steps to reduce it. You’ll care deeply about your hotel - but also the environment. Your interest will extend to the local community and you’ll build links within your area. Always the hub of the hotel, you’ll be hands-on and trusted.
**What we need from you**

We’re looking for a real brand ambassador - an inspiring leader that places our brand at the heart of all decisions while delivering superior return on investment for the owner.

As the General Manager, we need someone who can be a key part of team, communities, who is always searching for new ways to drive revenue and deliver maximum return on investment for your owner’s equity.
- A proactive, hands on approach is needed, with experience of new hotel openings,
- Local market knowledge is essential in this new location for HI with potential to grow.
- Experience in coaching, identifying, and developing training needs for Heads of Departments

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

- Fluent in English and Arabic is essential.
- Culturally sensitive with industry networks
- Knowledge of ME ways of working, ideally with an International Brand focussed chain.
