Sales Engineer Fountain Technology

**A quick overview**:
In this role, you will use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, for which a certain level of expertise is needed. You will assist your team with bids and tenders for new clients from a technical perspective. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales advice. To excel in this role, you should be a team player, stimulated by new challenges, full of initiatives, proactive, and always grasp new opportunities.
**Your Key Duties and responsibilities**:
- Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
- Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
- Assist customers who have problems with installed products and recommend improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
- Evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
- Achieve mutually agreed sales targets in a given profile for specific products and segments.
- Prepare sales monthly reports/forecasts and maintain proper customer records.
- Assume the responsibility of payment collection in collaboration with credit control and finance teams.
- Provides expertise and support to sales teams to communicate products, services, and client needs, which may include product modifications
- Report all the visits, project details, and activities in CRM.

- Having Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Able to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and team working skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Persuasive and adept at interpreting customers’ needs.
**Some must-haves**:
- Holding bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in sales and Fountain Technology field.
- English and Arabic speaker.
- Proven presentation skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation Skills
- Holding valid Saudi Engineer’s License
**Some nice-to-have**:
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
