**Assistant Director of Sales Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the sales team to develop accounts and Corporate Markets across all segments.
- Implement strategic plans to drive revenue for our properties in local and regional markets.
- Establish standardized sales processes to enhance communication and achieve commercial success.
- Represent our hotels in key markets, building relationships with existing clients.
- Increase corporate contracted business globally, targeting corporate and Travel Trade.
- Identify and acquire new accounts from various markets through research and analysis.
- Conduct sales calls in key target markets and align with monthly forecasts.
- Manage strategies for sourcing and developing new business.
- Organize familiarization trips to nurture new business and showcase hotel features.
- Provide training and coaching for the Sales Team, including succession planning.
- Participate in trade shows and networking events.
- Attend internal and external meetings and events as required.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in various sales areas.
