**Field Sales Supervisor**
**Position Summary**
Maximizes revenue and market share in the region by driving sales activity and providing leadership to the field force
**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Design & Execute Sales force/Customer Engagement strategy,
- Leading sales team and coaching team members and
- effectively work in the matrix and take leadership for customer centricity strategies with relevant internal stakeholders
- Responsible that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met
- Develop, negotiate, implement & monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with Company Objectives
- Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date tracker that includes the following:
- Sales Achievements vs. Targets
- Sales by Category/Brand per unit
- Team Performance Records
- Customers Information
- Competition information
- To lead, manage, control, develop and motivate the Field Sales Team
- Develop and manage long-term effective business relationship with customers
- Accountable and responsible for the development of sales team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisals
