**Job Title: Global Field Sales Manager**
**Location: Saudi (with global responsibilities)**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Field Sales Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager and the Head of Operations to develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for our range of premium products, with a focus on global markets.
**Responsibilities**:
Hand On Approach, a real "Pull you sleeves up" and get involved role
Research, identify, and build relationships with potential strategic business partners worldwide.
Analyse market data and potential to develop market entry plans and routes.
Conduct regional and partner performance analysis to create projections and growth models.
Establish and showcase the business model to potential partners.
Source and appoint international business partners.
Assist in prospecting new business and negotiating agreements.
Represent the organisation at trade exhibitions and events.
Advise on product developments and promotions.
Review sales performance and set targets for the team.
Develop and mentor Sales Executives within the team.
**Requirements**:
International customer and product launch business development experience.
Previous experience in field sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proven track record in sales.
Strong analytical and negotiating skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**Salary**: £27,000 per annum with an OTE of £45,000.
Location: In person
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ﷼127,590.00 - ﷼212,651.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
