**Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 to 9 years of relevant years of experience in the field.
- Proven experience in real estate development, with a track record of successful project completions.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
