Job Description & Specification:
**Job purpose**:
- ' Oversee and develop sales campaigns- Conducts research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within provided schedule and timeline
- Responsible to expand coverage and selling new products to existing and new customers
- Maintains positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales
- Maintains professional and product knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional- Submit the activities status and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans,
and monthly and annual territory analyses to the management team.- Update existing accounts, obtain accuracy and order of the database, and establish new
accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales
- outlets and other trade factors.- Follow up on collection and market outstanding

Main Responsibilities:
Develop clear goals, quality requirements and tangible indicators for each member of
your team, as well as for yourself, in conjunction with the CSM.
Review each team member's performance against set goals, quality requirements and
indicators on a monthly basis.
Develop a time and territory analysis, so as to create a journey plan for all sales
representatives to follow. Details of this analysis should include Customer Name,
Account Number, Zone in which the customer is located, Distance to Zone area where
applicable, Travel time to zone area, Average travel time and distance between
customers, Customer call frequency, Agreed call day or days, Agreed delivery day or
days, Average call time, and average sales per month and week.
Develop and maintain customer order cards for all salesmen, containing information
like listed products, average rate of sale, monthly promotions, stock status and order
placed, including a date of each call.
Determine monthly sales targets for all salesmen, ensuring that these targets enable
achievement of the monthly budgets. These targets should take into account
customer potential, and not only historical contribution by salesman, i.e. stretching
targets should be set where applicable.
Report on the monthly performance of all your customers, using the key accounts
data available to you, giving reasons from the performance. This should be done by
division, and by principal.
Submit as part of this report, competitor information and activities in the trade,
including our own relevant products and prices for comparative reasons
