The technical training manager is responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products.

As a Technical Trainer Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
- Developing an annual plan for its own department.
- Being involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.
- Providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches where employees should have technical know-how.
- Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree or GED with at least 5 additional years of experience in Field Service and Technical Advising.
- Have experience in Wellhead.
- Demonstrate oral and written communication skills.
- Have a passion for developing others.
- Have the ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems
