**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsible for achieving Service Sales targets for the region KSA. This includes front end sales activities, bids and service business development in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical & Energy Sector for the products and solutions of the EAD (Electrification, Automation & Digitalization) Business Unit.
- Responsible for sales of Process Safety portfolio sales of EAD business unit. Focus area of this portfolio in KSA is on process safety management with particular emphasis on the area of pressure relief systems.
- Harvest EAD BU’s Electrical, Automation and Digitalization Install base in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Act as technical expert and consultant to develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned customers.
- Make technical and sales presentations to customer's technical staff and senior management.
- Develop Leads and Qualify service sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making process, and funding.
- Manage key End User technical relationships and successfully build relationships with the account team, partners, and customers.
- Act as an advisor for the customers for addressing their Operational and efficiency challenges.
- Direct Sales of company’s various value-added services to a designated group of existing and new customers.
- Develop and Drive the strategic Business plan for the growth of Filed Services business for the assigned Accounts.
- Coordinating projects tenders and quotations with relevant division in the company to meet customer satisfaction and due dates following the processes formulated by Siemens Energy.
- Staying current on relevant technologies, fitting solutions to client needs and keeping ahead of competition.
- Achieve Quarterly, Yearly agreed order intake and sales pipeline development targets
- Representing the company at key events and industry forums
- Reporting for all sales and Account related actions using CRM.
- Consulting and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical.
- Must have experience of at least 5 years of direct B2B service sales (client-facing).
- Overall 10 years of Sales experience with customers in the O&G vertical, in different service categories (preventive / routine maintenance, service contracts, retrofits, upgrades, replacements, spares, value added services around digitalization, training, etc.)
- Technical knowledge on ICSS, SCADA, MV/LV Distribution Equipment, PLCs and Field Testing. MV Motors & Drives experience would be plus to have.
- Proven Track Record related to harvesting Install Base business for developing and driving solutions such as Modernization, Retrofitting, Long Term Service Agreements, Digital Services, Spare Parts Business and Trainings.
- Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan. Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and to thrive in a constantly changing business environment.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
