Operations Admin Assistant

**Main Responsibilities**
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, events, visits, travels, conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, generate reports and take accurate minutes of meetings
- Research and creates presentations
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and data entry
- Manage mill communication.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and raise Purchase orders
- Cover the reception desk when required
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment

**Key Competencies / Skills**
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office

**Required Qualification / Experiences**
- Arabis and English language
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
