We are playing a key role on one of the most iconic giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arguably one of the largest projects in the world. The Senior HR Operations Consultant is a newly created position, available for an immediate start initially based in Riyadh, with a view to moving to site within the next 12 months.

In this role you will provide effective and timely advice and consulting services to the program executive staff on a diverse range of HR management matters. You will work with the Head of HR, HR business partnering as part of the team that will utilise the rate of delivery partner policies to interpret, clarify and operationalise the program delivery agenda for the duration of the giga project.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Degree qualified (essential)
- Sound working knowledge of applicable employment law, rules and policies sufficient to administer, interpret and provide guidance to leaders on the program
- Experience ideally working in a Delivery Partnership environment (ideal)
- Experience working in a complex multi-disciplinary engineering environment (ideal)
