We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role will support various HR functions to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor employee attendance and update relevant systems.
  • Execute leave requests and ensure adherence to leave policies and procedures.
  • Prepare payroll according to HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the accounting team.
  • Upload required payroll files to the Wage Protection System (Mudad) and maintain compliance with the Saudi Labor System.
  • Manage employee data on Qiwa, including work permit renewals and service transfers.
  • Process employee data on GOSI, such as adding new employees and deleting exiting employees.
  • Oversee employee data on Muqeem, including Iqama, services transfer, and printing Iqama.
  • Provide new employees with necessary materials, including ID cards, email accounts, laptops, and sim cards.
  • Coordinate visa issuance through related e-channels.
  • Stay updated on official governmental news and notify HR management of new or amended regulations and laws related to HR.
  • Investigate employee violations and suggest disciplinary actions according to violation and disciplinary policy.
  • Process End of Service (EOS) for exiting employees.
  • Prepare official letters requested by employees according to HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including CVs, ID information, transcripts, etc., in accordance with the Saudi Labor System.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, processing their requests or directing them to the relevant HR sub-department.
