وصف الوظيفة:
نحن نبحث عن مدير مبيعات متحمس ومتحفز للانضمام إلى فريق الضيافة لدينا في جدة - السعودية. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن دفع نمو المبيعات والعائدات من خلال التخطيط والتنفيذ الفعّال، وإدارة استراتيجيات المبيعات. سيتمحور دور مدير المبيعات على جذب واحتفاظ العملاء في صناعة الضيافة، مع ضمان إرضاء العملاء الممتاز وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات. يتقرب هذا الدور مباشرة إلى مدير المبيعات العام ومدير العنوان، ويتم التواصل والتعاون غير المباشر مع الملاك.
- إنشاء وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات لتحقيق وتجاوز أهداف الإيرادات.
- تحديد فرص جديدة للأعمال والأسواق المستهدفة في قطاع الضيافة.
- بناء والحفاظ على خط أنابيب مبيعات قوية.
- تحديد العملاء المحتملين وبناء علاقات قوية مع صناع القرار الرئيسيين.
- إجراء عروض مبيعات ومفاوضات ومتابعتها لتأمين عملاء جدد.
- ضمان إرضاء العملاء من خلال التواصل الدوري وتقديم خدمة ممتازة.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم على اتجاهات الصناعة، وشروط السوق، وأنشطة المنافسين.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد المناطق المحتملة للنمو والتحسين.
- العمل عن كثب مع الأقسام الأخرى، بما في ذلك التسويق والعمليات والمالية، لضمان نهج تنسيقي في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- التعاون مع فريق الفعاليات للترويج وبيع خدمات الضيافة للمؤتمرات والاجتماعات والفعاليات الخاصة.
- تطوير وإدارة ميزانية المبيعات، مع تأكيد تخصيص فعّال للموارد لتحقيق الأهداف.
- إعداد تقارير منتظمة حول أداء المبيعات، وتحديد المؤشرات الرئيسية والمجالات التي يمكن تحسينها.
- تقديم توقعات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للإدارة العليا.
- تدريب وإرشاد فريق المبيعات لتحسين مهاراتهم وإنتاجيتهم.
- إجراء استعراضات أداء منتظمة لتقييم أداء الأفراد والفريق.
- استخدام أدوات إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء لتتبع وإدارة التفاعلات مع العملاء، وفرص المبيعات.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات للحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الرئيسيين.

المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة:

- درجة البكالوريوس في الإدارة الأعمال أو إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات، مع التركيز على صناعة الضيافة.
- إتقان التعامل والتفاعل بفعالية مع الأسر الوافدة والسعودية على حد سواء، مما يظهر موهبة طبيعية في بناء علاقات إيجابية في سياق متعدد الثقافات.
- مهارة في فحص ضيوف المنتجعات وفقًا للمعايير المحددة من قبل المالك لضمان التعايش الهنيء بين السكان على المدى الطويل والقصير.
