Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating new hire training.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and managing employee benefits enrollment.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting and performance review tracking.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Provide support for HR-related projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role.
- Fluent English mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions:
This position is typically office-based and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Some travel may be required for training and other business needs. The HR Generalist may be required to work outside of regular business hours to attend meetings and events.
