**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Growth**: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the modular and prefabricated construction sector, with a particular focus on large-scale projects (Qiddiya, NEOM, Red Sea).
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and government entities.
- **Project Acquisition**: Lead the process of identifying, pitching, and securing contracts for prefabricated/modular building solutions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, emerging projects, and competitors in the region.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company growth targets.
- **Partnerships**: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management) to ensure seamless execution of acquired projects.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, business development progress, and market trends.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on prefabricated or modular construction.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Expertise in large-scale projects such as Qiddiya, NEOM, or Red Sea, with a solid understanding of the modular building industry.
- **Technical Understanding**: Familiarity with prefabricated building systems, modular construction techniques, and project lifecycle management.
- **Communication**: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think strategically, analyze business opportunities, and offer innovative solutions to clients.
- **Networking**: A strong network of contacts within the construction and development sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
