Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Studio Operations Hospitality Coordinator **to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Schedules and manages the logistics for room bookings within the Camp. The incumbent participates in various committees which review space allocation within the Camp and leads or contributes to special projects relating to process efficiency and delivery of service standards. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining an accurate record to maximize space utilization and capacity.
- Gathers statistics and general data; reviews, analyzes, and combines the information into reports for use within and outside the group.
- Originates correspondence and reports not requiring the personal attention of the supervisor.
- Coordinates the physical space requirements for the assigned group.
- Establishes and maintains records of rooms allocation.
- Coordinates with various projects/ teams NEOM-wide.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure their facility needs are met.
- Provides assistance and backup to various Operations roles and contribute to special projects.
- May be responsible for producing an occupancy report, by project, or for gathering information to complete staffing reports for the group or several projects.
- Completes additional duties as assigned.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills; proven self-starter, effectively plans, prioritizes and manages multiple concurrent assignments and tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure. Problem solving
- AA degree or equivalent of 5 years of relevant experience. Additionally, computer literacy with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
