As a Sales Manager, you must be a confident business person who has experience in getting products specified into construction projects. Excellent communication skills are vital for your success in this role.

**Job Brief**:
The role of the Sales Manager is to promote the products of the company towards clients and Consultants, in the market(s) agreed. The Sales Manager is responsible for getting the products of the company specified in construction projects across all segments and in the market(s) agreed.

The Sales Manager will work closely with Regional Specification Manager and to support the Projects team when needed, reporting directly to Regional Specification Manager. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the Partners/suppliers of the company to ensure that projects specified abroad is specified with products represented by the company.

**Job Responsibilities:
**General operations**:

- Manage the entire life cycle of the projects, from early design to specification.
- Building relationships with all Category Architects, Consultants and Clients to ensure products represented by company that is specified on their projects.
- Add value to the client by advising on the technical specification and the commercial benefits of different products for each project.
- Ensure a very close communication with the Sales teams in the respective markets, such as updating the projects status, and supporting the team if required.
- Providing constructive feedback from architects/consultants/clients to the Project teams for improvements and increased competitiveness.

**Financial Accountability**:

- Accountable for the protection of profit margin by getting the correct products specified in each project and maintain premium and profitable products specifications in paint and WPCC.

**Strategy**:

- To develop along with RSP the strategy for successfully getting the products of the company specified within each market segment and in each market for which the Sales Manager is responsible for.

**Reporting**:

- Attend Weekly meeting with line manager to report on efforts and performance.
- Attend meetings with line managers / sales team on project related issues.
- Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities; provide action plans and follow up on implementation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have
**5-10 years of experience** in
**specifying products for construction projects (paint or WPCC), with proven track record in a well reputed Company in GCC (preferably in the market(s)** you will operate.
- Strong
**English & Arabic.**
