**Main Tasks for Front Desk Agent**:

- **Greeting Guests**: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival.
- **Check-In/Check-Out**: Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out process, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- **Reservations Management**: Manage room reservations, including processing new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- **Guest Assistance**: Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- **Payment Processing**: Handle payments, including room charges, deposits, and other transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records, manage guest accounts, and prepare reports as needed.
- **Security Awareness**: Ensure the security and safety of guests by following hotel protocols and reporting any suspicious activity.

**Main Tasks for Front Desk Supervisor**:

- **Team Supervision**: Oversee and support front desk agents, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficient operations.
- **Training and Development**: Train new front desk staff, provide ongoing training and development, and conduct performance evaluations.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle escalated guest complaints and issues, working to resolve them promptly and effectively.
- **Scheduling**: Prepare work schedules for front desk staff, ensuring adequate coverage during all shifts.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and maintain service quality standards, ensuring a consistent and excellent guest experience.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front desk operations, guest feedback, and occupancy rates.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage front desk supplies, ensuring adequate stock of necessary items and coordinating with other departments as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- **Financial Responsibilities**: Oversee cash handling procedures, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Ensure all front desk procedures and policies are followed and updated as needed

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
