**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate Lead**:Spearhead lead generation efforts, prioritizing high-end leads conducive to significant sales and project opportunities.
- **Engage With KOLs **Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage with key decision-makers within the market.
- **Expand Network**: Grow our client base by leveraging your extensive network of marketing professionals, brand managers, and industry influencers in Saudi Arabia.
- **Cultivate Client Relationships**: Develop strong connections with key clients, understanding their unique needs to exceed expectations.
- **Drive Revenue Growth**: Craft and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth in the Saudi market.
- **Collaborate for Innovation**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement innovative event tailored for the Saudi audience.
- **Stay Ahead**: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics specific to Saudi Arabia to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- **Deliver Excellence**: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives, demonstrating high time management and task-oriented approach.
- **Communicate Effectively**: Provide clear and concise updates on monthly/quarterly initiatives, offering insightful suggestions for improvement with strong communication and presentation skills suited for the Saudi context.
- **Maximize Opportunities**: Identify and cultivate growth opportunities with Saudi clients for both existing and potential campaigns, understanding the nuances of the local market.
- **Ensure Precision**: Coordinate event logistics with meticulous attention to detail, providing exemplary service to clients and the field marketing team in Saudi Arabia.
- **Manage Projects**: Maintain detailed projects, timelines, and client budgets with care, actively contributing to team meetings and project development sessions. Previous experience with Saudi-based clients or within the Saudi market is highly advantageous.

**Requirements**:

- Accountability, self-driven and result-oriented.
- Proven track record in lead generation, especially within the high-ticket sales and project domain.
- Extensive network and strong connections with decision-makers in the KSA market.
- Proven 5 years of Sales Account Management experience within event industry
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs in Saudi Arabia
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for the Saudi market
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software
- Previous experience with Saudi-based clients or within the Saudi market is highly advantageous.
