**Key Account Manager**
Dynamic account manager able to generating new accounts, managing existing clients and key customers, as well as achieving assigned sales targets. As an Account Manager your main responsibility is to manage expectations, oversee that a client’s needs are met in a timely fashion, open new markets and segmentations and meet the targets

**Duties**
- Responsible for finding new business opportunities.
- calls, visits with the new protentional clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Managing the daily service operations of our B2B & B2G clients.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifying industry trends.
- Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Upsell a company’s services and solutions.
- Manage a client’s projects from beginning to end.
- Take a client’s requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
- 2-5 experience in IT filed (IT solutions, customer satisfaction solutions)
- Arabic speaker with fluency in writing, reading and speaking English
- Technical background
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Awareness of Saudi market and government process
- Good Experience in IT filed required
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to manage complex and time-sensitive projects.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Ability to build reports and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding industry trends.
- Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
**Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent with MS office especially Excel
- Excellent dealing with operating systems
- Ability to dealing with new IT solutions and new software, dashboards
- proven track record of sales
